Great to meet you!

I’m a New York State Licensed Mental Health Counselor/Psychotherapist, passionate about helping adults feel heard, understood, and supported. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, stress, and life transitions. My approach is warm, compassionate, and solution-oriented, creating a safe space where you can be yourself. Together, we’ll build on your strengths and develop practical tools to help you feel more confident and create lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented. I create a supportive space where clients can explore emotions, recognize patterns, and feel comfortable being themselves. I use CBT, DBT-informed, strength-based, and solution-focused techniques, tailoring each session to the individual while gently encouraging growth and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my priority is helping you feel comfortable, heard, and supported. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you hope to gain from our work together. There is no pressure to share everything at once, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you! By the end of the session, we’ll begin identifying your goals and creating a clear, personalized plan for moving forward.
