Great to meet you!

My background includes seven years in mental health care—residential, acute, and now private practice—with three years as a licensed therapist.

I support adult individuals and relationships, including queer, gender-diverse, and non-normative partnerships. My approach is relational, which means the connection between us is part of the work.

Whether I'm seeing individuals, couples, or families, I hold a whole-person view. You're more than what brought you to therapy, and I will remain curious about the full picture of who you are.

My approach to therapy

My style is curious, warm, and direct. Sessions are collaborative and talk-based—we follow what comes up rather than sticking to an agenda.

I tend to work with people navigating relational trauma, low self-worth, shame, and difficulty with boundaries. If any of that resonates, we might be a good fit.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a space that feels warm and supportive—where you can bring whatever's true without needing to edit yourself.

Clients have shared that they leave our work with more self-trust, an easier time speaking up, and a feeling of being understood.
