As a therapist I focus on working with clients going through difficult life transitions. At times, change can make us feel very overwhelmed, and leave us with a sense that we have been thrown off balance. If you are going through a period of transition in your life, and you are feeling stuck or concerned about your mental well being, I am here to help. Some examples of life transitions include; a change in work dynamics, a big move, the transition to becoming a mother (matrescence), the transition into adulthood (adolescence), or the end of a relationship, and the process of grieving.
