Great to meet you!
I am a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based psychiatric care to children, adolescents, and adults. With more than a decade of experience in behavioral health and psychiatric nursing, I specialize in helping individuals navigate the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, mood disorders, and other mental health conditions.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Pennsylvania State University and completed my post-master's certificate as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner at Monmouth University. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of caring for patients in a variety of behavioral health settings, including inpatient psychiatry, outpatient psychiatry, private practice, and partial hospitalization programs (PHP). My clinical experience includes positions at Hoboken University Medical Center, Hoboken Community Center, Princeton University Medical Center's Eating Disorders Unit, Hackensack Meridian Health, and University Behavioral Healthcare, where I have worked with individuals experiencing a broad spectrum of psychiatric conditions.
I believe healing begins in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where individuals feel heard, respected, and empowered. My practice is grounded in trauma-informed care, recognizing that past experiences can profoundly influence emotional well-being, relationships, and daily functioning. I understand that every person's journey is unique, and I work collaboratively with each patient to develop an individualized treatment plan that reflects their personal goals, strengths, and values.
