Great to meet you!

I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist with a bachelor’s degree from Cal State Northridge and a master’s degree from Palo Alto University. I completed my practicum at Glendale Unified School District, where I worked with children and adolescents in a school-based setting. I’ve also been working in private practice in Glendale, California for the past three years. I am certified in trauma-focused somatic therapy and specialize in supporting adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges through an integrative, mind-body approach.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and integrative. I combine talk therapy with somatic (body-based) work to help clients understand both emotional experiences and nervous system responses. I often work with clients who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety, overwhelm, or disconnection. My goal is to support regulation, insight, and meaningful change in a grounded and supportive way.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive space where we begin getting to know what brings them to therapy and what they’re hoping to work on. I’ll ask questions about current challenges, history, and goals, but at a pace that feels comfortable and not overwhelming.

My focus is on helping clients feel grounded and safe in the room while we start to understand patterns in emotions, relationships, and the body’s responses. Together, we begin to identify what feels most important to focus on and what meaningful change could look like.

There is no pressure to have everything figured out in the first session, my goal is to help clients leave feeling heard, understood, and with a clearer sense of direction and what working together might look like.
