Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist with a Master’s in Counseling with an emphasis in Child and Family Therapy, and I’m certified in Perinatal Mental Health. I work with children, adolescents, and families, and I also support moms navigating pregnancy, postpartum, and the emotional challenges of early parenthood. I have experience helping with anxiety, emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, and school-related concerns, and I especially enjoy working with children and pre-teens using play and creative approaches.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and practical. I strive to meet each client where they are, creating a supportive space where they feel understood and comfortable moving at their own pace. I tailor sessions to each client’s needs, using developmentally appropriate and engaging strategies especially with children to build skills and confidence. I also work closely with parents, offering guidance and practical tools to support their child’s growth both in and outside of sessions.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, I focus on getting to know you and understanding your story. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and explore your goals, so we can begin creating a plan that feels meaningful and supportive.

When working with children, the first session is also about building trust and helping them feel comfortable in the space and with me. I take time to connect at their pace so they can begin to feel safe and open. Parents are included in the first session so we can gather important background information, align on goals, and discuss how to best support your child moving forward.
