Great to meet you!

I am a nurse practitioner committed to supporting individuals on their mental health journeys. I specialize in helping those with anxiety, depression, and PTSD, and I’m committed to working with patients from all walks of life, providing care that is culturally sensitive, patient-centered, and built on a foundation of trust and empathy. My goal is to help you not only manage your symptoms, but also to help you find empowerment in your healing journey.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I strive to create a safe, nurturing environment where patients can feel empowered to take an active role in their healing. With a holistic approach that emphasizes the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, I believe in treating the whole person and helping each individual achieve balance and well-being. When working with me, you will be a partner in your care and we will work collaboratively to help you achieve your personal mental health goals.

What you can expect from our first session

I am dedicated to reducing the stigma surrounding mental health by promoting awareness and education within the community and with you. I am nonjudgmental and will honor your individuality, lifestyle and culture. Let’s do this together—you are not alone!
