Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Flo, I work with individuals navigating an Alzheimer’s or dementia diagnosis and wondering what comes next. I also support family members and caregivers who are carrying the emotional weight of caring for a loved one.

My focus includes grief, Alzheimer’s, dementia, and caregiver support. Whether you’re processing a recent diagnosis, adjusting to changes, or feeling overwhelmed in your caregiving role, I've done extensive training and research to be the support for you.

My approach to therapy

I work with each client in a compassionate, steady, and practical way, meeting you exactly where you are in your journey. This season can bring unique challenges, and I offer a safe space to process emotions such as guilt, anger, stress, and anxiety. Family sessions can also support navigating conflict, adjusting to changing roles, and strengthening communication.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where they can begin to share their story at their own pace. We’ll take time to understand what brings you in, what you’ve been carrying, and what you hope to gain from therapy.

My initial focus is on reducing overwhelm, increasing understanding, and helping you feel less alone in what you’re experiencing. I incorporate mindfulness, stress reduction, and neuroprotective approaches to support both emotional well-being and overall cognitive health.

Together, we’ll begin to identify your needs, clarify your goals, and explore practical ways to move forward in a way that feels steady and manageable.
