Florence Desgraves

I have been in the medical profession for over 25 years. I started my career as a Medical assistant and then transitioned into Nursing where I spent the majority of my time working as an Oncology Nurse. In 2011, I elected to go back to school to obtain my Master’s in Nursing, as a Family Nurse Practitioner and later on obtained my certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Mental Health has always been my passion.

As a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, I aspire to help, advocate and treat those who are struggling with mental health challenges.

My expertise and experience enable me to treat patients with psychiatric disorders across the lifespan. It is my goal to treat each patient as a whole, focusing on mental health screening, assessing, treating while providing an empathetic listening.
