My practice blends medication management with trauma-informed, collaborative care. For trauma and PTSD, we work through what still carries weight using trauma-focused CBT. For bipolar disorder, depression, ADHD, anxiety, panic disorder, and substance use, we build a plan together that fits your actual life, not a generic protocol. Years working in crisis centers and inpatient units gave me real comfort with acute and complex presentations, so nothing you bring feels too big to talk about. You set the pace; I bring the clinical judgment.
Your first visit is a full evaluation: your history, your symptoms, what has and hasn’t worked before. If medication fits, we’ll talk through options together, plainly, with no pressure. From there, we meet regularly to track how you’re doing and adjust as needed. Whether you’re managing a long-standing diagnosis or facing something new, my goal is for you to leave each session feeling heard, safe, and a little more like yourself.
