Great to meet you!

I am a board‐certified Psychiatric‐Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with advanced training in psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and medication management.

My background includes extensive clinical experience across diverse settings, where I’ve conducted comprehensive psychiatric evaluations and delivered evidence‐based, patient‐centered care.

I hold an M.S.N. in Psychiatric Mental Health Nursing, a Ph.D. in Nursing Science, and bring over a decade of nursing leadership and clinical practice to my work.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma‐related conditions, and mood disorders, with a strong commitment to culturally responsive and collaborative care.

My approach to care is rooted in evidence‐based, patient‐centered, and culturally responsive practice. I take time to understand each client’s unique experiences through thorough psychiatric assessment and collaborative treatment planning, ensuring care is tailored to their needs.

I integrate medication management, education, and supportive counseling to help clients feel informed, empowered, and actively involved in their healing.

I also value interdisciplinary collaboration and clear communication, which strengthens continuity of care and supports long‐term wellness.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a compassionate, structured, and holistic approach focused on safety, respect, and meaningful progress.

During your first session, you can expect a calm, welcoming environment focused on understanding your unique needs and concerns.

I begin with a thorough psychiatric assessment to understand your symptoms, history, and goals, so we can build a clear, accurate picture of what you’re experiencing.

My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and centered on safety, respect, and clear communication, helping you feel supported as we create an individualized plan for your care. Together, we discuss potential treatment options so you feel informed and empowered from the start.
