Great to meet you!

My name is Dr. Florence Osuofa. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I earned my Master of Science from the University of North Texas and my Ph.D. in Family Therapy from Texas Woman's University. My training and experiences have qualified me to work with Individuals, couples, and families. I have worked with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, domestic, substance, and alcohol abuse, and relationship issues. I am passionate about my work and am here to listen to you.

My approach to therapy

I know life is not always easy, and wrong things happen to good people. You must have tried all you can and still need help to figure it out. It may be time to share your burden with someone else. That person is me. Come, let's figure out what the problem is and how to move forward in life. I use the Cognitive Behavioral Therapy approach to help you challenge the negative thought patterns preventing you from achieving the best outcome for your life to become the person you ought to be.

What you can expect from me

Every one of us goes through something at one point in life. You are not alone. A problem shared is half solved. Every problem has a solution. We will start where you are. Albert Einstein said, "We cannot solve our problems with the same level of thinking that created them."

You will feel relieved, safe, confident, and proud of yourself for making the first move from your first session and knowing you have someone reliable to share your concerns. Email me today at [email protected]
