Great to meet you!

I specialize in supporting teens and adults navigating identity concerns, depression, women’s issues, stress, and anxiety. If you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure how to move forward, therapy can offer a place to slow down and reconnect with yourself. My goal is to help you better understand what you’re carrying, build practical coping tools, and create meaningful change that feels manageable and true to who you are.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and founder of Therapeutic Flow Counseling, I bring more than 20 years of experience in education and school counseling. I offer a warm, collaborative approach and work to create a calm, supportive space where you can feel understood, respected, and free to move at your own pace.

My approach to therapy

I take a warm, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to therapy, guided by your goals and needs. Drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered, Solution-Focused, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I help clients develop practical tools to manage stress, reduce anxiety, and build confidence. Sessions are supportive and focused on strategies you can apply in everyday life.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a supportive space to share what’s been weighing on you and what you hope to work toward. We’ll talk through your concerns, identify your goals, and begin exploring practical next steps. You can expect a calm, welcoming environment where questions are encouraged and the focus is on helping you feel supported and understood.
