Great to meet you!

Hello! My name is Foy and I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in Nashville, TN. My hope is to meet you where you are and help you move toward a more balanced, joyful, and fulfilling life. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, supported, and encouraged to grow and thrive.

My approach to therapy

We will start with a comprehensive, diagnostic psychiatric evaluation in which I will get an extensive medical and psychiatric history. This appointment typically lasts about an hour and will provide a diagnosis, as well as a treatment plan to address the mental health concerns addressed within the appointment.

After the plan is initiated, we will follow-up to ensure that the treatment plan is working and that there are no complications or concerns regarding the treatment plan.

What you can expect from me

As my patient, you will receive goal-oriented, holistic care that is consistent with the most evidence-based practice guidelines. I want to address your concerns and work with you to ensure the most comfortable and effective treatment plan possible.
