Great to meet you!

I’m a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who cares for clients across the lifespan, from young children to adults. I bring over 20 years of clinical nursing experience and several years of outpatient psychiatric practice, specializing in ADHD, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, OCD, and behavioral health. My background includes extensive work in both hospital and outpatient settings, and I’m passionate about creating a warm, validating space where people feel heard and supported. I believe mental health care works best when it’s collaborative, compassionate, and personalized to each person’s needs.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in medication management with brief therapeutic strategies, parent guidance (when working with youth), and coordination with schools or other providers when helpful. I do not provide ongoing therapy services but I do incorporate brief supportive therapy during medication visits and I am happy to collaborate with your therapist or help connect you to one if needed.

My approach is calm, supportive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. I focus on understanding the whole person—your symptoms, strengths, environment, and goals—so we can build a treatment plan together that truly fits your life.

My style is warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative, with an emphasis on helping you feel safe, understood, and empowered in your care.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to help you feel comfortable, understood, and never rushed. We’ll talk about what brought you in, your symptoms, your history, and—most importantly—what you want to change or feel better about. I’ll guide the conversation with gentle, clear questions and explain things as we go so nothing feels confusing or overwhelming. Together, we’ll create an initial plan that feels realistic and supportive, whether that includes medication options, therapy strategies, or lifestyle approaches. By the end of the visit, you’ll leave with clarity, next steps, and a sense that you’re working with someone who genuinely cares about your well-being.

I am licensed in New Jersey and provide telehealth services to patients who are physically located in New Jersey at the time of their appointment.
