Great to meet you!

Are you looking for a therapist who is direct, engaging and compassionate with a side of humor? That's me. I focus on women's issues, couples, adolescents and families with problems in day to day living to more complex issues that have reached crisis level. I have been licensed since 1993 as a Marriage Family Therapist. Although I work in private practice, my past experience has included working in hospital settings on psychiatric units.

My approach to therapy

I like to work with individuals and couples. The treatment areas I specialize in include anxiety, depression, self esteem, disordered eating, grief and loss

What you can expect from me

I believe our journey in life is sometimes complicated and difficult. It is during those times, when we are feeling most alone, that we need to surround ourselves with people who have our back. I'd like you to allow me to be the one who's got your back. Clients hopefully will feel heard and seen. I like to think, and I have been told that I can make the client feel comfortable quickly.
