Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience in mental health care. I specialize in the evaluation and treatment of ADHD in children, teens, and adults, with a particular focus on women and individuals with ADHD who have been missed, masked, or previously misdiagnosed as anxiety or depression. My work is centered on providing clear, accurate diagnoses and practical treatment plans that improve daily functioning—not just symptom management. I offer thoughtful, individualized care in a setting where patients feel heard, respected, and supported.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and focused on helping you gain clarity about what you are experiencing—not just labeling symptoms. If you’ve ever felt unsure whether it’s ADHD, anxiety, depression, or a combination, we will take the time to understand that together. I look at how your symptoms show up in daily life—at work, school, in relationships, and in daily routines—so treatment is practical and meaningful.

Care is individualized and may include medication when appropriate, along with education and strategies to support focus, emotional regulation, and follow-through. I take a thoughtful, evidence-based approach and adjust treatment over time so it continues to align with your goals and how you want to function day to day.

What you can expect from me

When we meet, we’ll start by talking through what you’ve been experiencing, your history, and how things have been affecting your day-to-day life. We’ll explore patterns in attention, mood, anxiety, sleep, and how things are showing up at work, school, or in relationships.

My goal is for you to leave with a clearer understanding of what you’re experiencing—whether that includes ADHD, overlapping concerns like anxiety or depression, or other contributing factors. By the end of our time together, you can expect clear next steps, including thoughtful recommendations and a plan that feels manageable and aligned with your goals.
