Great to meet you!

I graduated from Medaille College in 2020 and have spent much of my career dedicated to supporting others through various stages of life and care. My journey in healthcare began as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), then as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), and has since grown into my work as a therapist. Each step deepened my understanding of human connection and resilience.

I bring a curious, compassionate, and non-judgmental approach to therapy. I enjoy helping clients challenge their perspectives while creating a space where they feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. My goal is to help you better understand yourself and support you in becoming the most balanced and functional version of you.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from several evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Somatic approaches, and Interpersonal Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT). These methods are effective in addressing anxiety, depression, and a range of other mental health concerns. I tailor each session to meet the client’s needs in the moment, while maintaining a person-centered foundation that highlights individual strengths and resilience. I work especially well with neurodiverse and LGBTQIA+ individuals. I welcome and support clients from all backgrounds and identities.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a welcoming, compassionate space where they are truly seen and heard—just as they are. I approach each session with curiosity, empathy, and a deep belief in the inner strength and wisdom we all carry. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you emotionally, mentally, and even spiritually, in a way that honors your unique path. While our work is goal-oriented, we’ll move at your pace, knowing that healing isn’t linear. Many clients leave our sessions feeling more grounded, more connected to themselves, and more equipped to navigate life with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
