Great to meet you!

Everyone faces emotional challenges at some point in life. In today's virtual world and remote work, feelings of loneliness or disconnection from family, friends and coworkers- combined with daily stressors, difficulties in interpersonal relationships, and work-related pressures- can make these struggles even more overwhelming. If you are experiences depression or anxiety, feeling stuck despite your continued best efforts, or finding that your quality of life isn't where you want it to be, psychotherapy can provide the support, guidance, and tools to help create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I support and encourage self-exploration of patterns of behavior no longer serving you, as well as the impact of childhood experiences effecting your current life. Examining motivations and solutions brings the learning of more effective coping skills and communication strategies, as well as building new ways of thinking, feeling, and reacting.

What you can expect from me

Whether you are taking your first step in seeking therapy or looking for a fresh perspective, I am here to support you on your journey to well-being. Together, we'll build a collaborative therapeutic relationship with the opportunity for positive change, greater balance, and the uncovering of your inner wisdom.
