Great to meet you!

Welcome, I'm glad you're here. I provide a warm, supportive, and collaborative space where clients can explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. I work with adults, struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, self esteem concerns, and emotional overwhelm. Many of my clients come to therapy, feeling stuck in recurring emotional or relational patterns, despite their best efforts to move forward. Together, we'll work to better understand those patterns, strengthen self awareness, and create meaningful and lasting change. Clients often describe me as warm, genuine, thoughtful, and easy to talk to, they also value having a space where they feel heard, understood, and accepted.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is insight-oriented, relational, and collaborative. I draw from psychodynamic, psychoanalytic, interpersonal, and cognitive behavioral approaches to help clients better understand themselves, while also developing practical ways to manage current challenges. Together, we'll explore the emotional, relational, and behavioral patterns that may contribute to distress, including experiences from the past, that continue to influence present-day thoughts, feelings, relationships, and self-perception. As insight develops, we'll also focus on identifying strengths, building resilience, and developing effective coping strategies that support emotional well being. I believe the most meaningful goals in therapy are developed collaboratively. Rather than prescribing solutions, I work alongside clients to identify goals that align with their values, strengths, and unique circumstances.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel both hopeful and uncertain. In our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming and supportive environment, where you can begin sharing your story at a pace that feels comfortable for you. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I'll ask thoughtful questions about your life experiences, relationships, emotional patterns, coping strategies, and strengths to help me better understand you as a whole person. The first session is also an opportunity for us to determine whether we feel like a good fit. By the end of our meeting, we'll begin identifying areas of focus and discussing how therapy can support your goals for healing, growth, self-understanding, and meaningful change.
