Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support isn't always easy. If you're here, you've already taken an important first step toward creating the life you want, and I'm honored to be part of that journey.

I strive to provide a warm, welcoming, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel safe to be yourself. Together, we'll explore the challenges you're facing, build on your strengths, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

I have experience working with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, stress, self-esteem concerns, and other emotional difficulties. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your unique needs because I believe there is no one-size-fits-all path to healing.

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to better understand yourself, you don't have to go through it alone. My hope is to help you develop practical tools, gain deeper self-awareness, and create healthier patterns that support the life and relationships you deserve. Healing is possible, and I look forward to walking alongside you as you move toward greater peace, resilience, and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and person-centered. I believe that every individual has the capacity for growth and healing when they feel genuinely heard, understood, and supported. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental environment where we can explore your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and work together toward meaningful, lasting change.

I draw from evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and trauma-informed care. Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, strengths, values, and goals.

Whether you're working through anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, relationship challenges, life transitions, or simply looking to better understand yourself, I believe therapy should be both supportive and practical. Together, we'll build healthy coping skills, strengthen resilience, improve emotional awareness, and develop tools that empower you to navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.

Above all, I believe that healing happens within a trusting therapeutic relationship. My role is not to tell you what to do, but to walk alongside you, offer guidance, and help you discover the strengths and insights that already exist within you.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a foundation of trust. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and free to share at your own pace. There is no pressure to have everything figured out or to tell your entire story in one session.

During our first few sessions, we'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're currently facing, your personal history, and what you hope to achieve. We'll work together to identify your goals and develop a plan that feels realistic and meaningful for you.

I encourage questions throughout the process because therapy is a collaborative relationship. My approach is compassionate, supportive, and practical, helping you gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back while developing skills and strategies you can begin using in your daily life.

Above all, you can expect to be met with empathy, respect, and without judgment. My hope is that you'll leave each session feeling heard, understood, and one step closer to the healing and growth you're seeking.
