Great to meet you!

I have Masters degrees in Pastoral Counseling and Early Childhood/Special Education. I have experience creating and managing an early education program for homeless families and children and an arts empowerment program for inner city children. My focus is on helping clients work through past trauma and overcome challenges of addictions, abuse, relationship struggles, racism, and poverty.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I believe spirituality is an important part of wellness. I have a trauma-informed perspective that uses the expressive arts with an empowerment focus. You are active on your creative journey toward wholeness. I walk beside you, offering a listening ear and tips, as well as challenging questions and reflections. I look forward to traveling on this creative journey with you.

What you can expect from our first session

What I most want clients to discover, is that they have the innate capacity to heal within themselves. My role is to help you to discover your potential to heal, and your gifts and strengths, so that you are able to fully exercise them in your world.
