Great to meet you!

Balance. Communication. Boundaries. Three simple words that are not that simple to implement in our lives. As a clinician, I value looking at a client as a whole person. I find utilizing your strengths, while looking at the systems in which you live is the key to successful treatment.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Throughout our relationship we will examine the systems in which you live and learn together how to find balance, establish healthy communication and set boundaries.

What you can expect from our first session

Within our practice we believe in maintaining a compassionate and supportive environment. Once we identify the changes you would like to make and the skills you would like to strengthen we use an evidence based approach.

I am currently in the process of expanding my practice. Your consultation call with me with me, however if we decide to move forward you will be meeting with one of the clinicians whom work at my practice. We all have similar approaches and ideology to therapy.
