I work with adults who are looking to manage their anxiety, improve their relationships, and cope with life transitions.
We will work together to examine the thoughts and behaviors that are contributing to your emotional distress, and make incremental changes to reduce and manage your feelings of anxiety and depression. I offer concrete coping skills and feedback in every session. My style is compassionate, supportive, nonjudgmental and contemplative.
My goal is for my clients feel empowered to manage their symptoms outside of our sessions.
