My approach to therapy

My work is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and a commitment to helping clients rebuild safety, strengthen relationships, and heal from overwhelming experiences. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where children, adults, and families can process their experiences, build resilience, and receive therapy tailored to their unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and talk about what brings you to therapy. We’ll explore your current concerns, experiences, and goals so I can better understand how to support you. This is also a chance for you to ask questions and see if my approach feels like a good fit. My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can share at your own pace.
