Francesca Cook, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have experience in both private practice and community mental health. I have walked with people in various areas of life. I believe each person has a story to be told, and a voice that deserves to be heard.

I utilize a client-centered approach to therapy. I am a Master Accelerated Resolution Therapist, Certified Sand Tray therapist, Registered Sand Play therapist, and Certified in Perinatal Mental Health.
