Great to meet you!

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Registered Drama Therapist, and certified TF-CBT provider.

I specialize in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, loss, and life transitions, as well as couples facing relational difficulties and parents working through the complexities of parenting.

I have extensive experience providing evidence-based, trauma-informed, neurodiversity-sensitive therapeutic services to individuals of all ages, families, and couples. I also have experience working with adolescents on the Autism spectrum and families with children with special needs.

I am deeply passionate about this work because I believe in the transformative power of therapy and in every person’s capacity for growth, healing, and change.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, neurodivergent-sensitive, and person-centered—grounded in the belief that therapy is not one-size-fits-all, but rather a process tailored to what works best for you.

What makes my practice unique is my background in the arts and drama therapy, which allows me to bring creativity, curiosity, and flexibility into the therapeutic process. Whether through traditional talk therapy or creative exploration, I strive to meet you where you are and support you in finding new ways of understanding yourself and your experiences.

What you can expect from me

I aim to create a holding environment where you feel safe to reflect, grow, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.

In our work together, you can expect a supportive, compassionate, and non-judgmental space where we can explore, understand, and process what may be standing in the way of your well-being and fullest self.

Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply seeking growth, I believe therapy can be a transformative space for healing, insight, and meaningful change.
