I am a skilled psychotherapist and licensed professional counselor with a Doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Felician University. My ccademic achievements include a Master of Arts in Psychology from The New School for Social Research, a Master of Education from Hunter College, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Queens College. Currently offering psychotherapy through a private practice in Oradell, NJ, while also working as an Intensive In-home Clinician with Holistik Therapy. I mantain an ongoing affiliation with the World Trade Center Health Program, providing support to 9/11 first responders.

I am skilled in mental health counseling, crisis intervention, and group therapy, with a commitment to helping individuals and families. I bring a solid background in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy, psychodynamic methods, and existential therapeutic techniques.

The first session is relaxed and focuses on setting therapy goals aimed at enhancing the client’s quality of life. Common goals often include improving communication, developing coping skills, and strengthening interpersonal relationships.
