I am Franchesca Ali (DNP, PMHNP-BC), a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing wholistic care to adults. I offer medication management and psychiatric evaluations. My practice specialties include, but are not limited to, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, insomnia, peri-partum, college mental health, life transitions, and burn-out. I earned my Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from Columbia University, along with a Psychiatric Certification from Hunter College in New York.

My approach to therapy

I describe my approach as caring, empathetic, and attentive when addressing client needs. I am very passionate about clinical research, community care, and primary care. My goals for my clients are to help reduce their symptoms, improve their relationships with others, and achieve their personal goals. In my spare time, I love spending time with family, checking out local food festivals, and exploring green spaces in the area.

I like to use evidence-based practice to provide comprehensive mental health services to my clients. Clients will have realistic goals to address their symptoms.
