Great to meet you!

Everyone deserves to be the main character of their story. I am here to support and guide you in believing that. I aim to provide a warm, non-judgmental space that allows you to gain deeper insight into your emotions, thoughts, and relationships so you can heal and grow. Through compassion, acceptance, and a little bit of humor, I will join you on this journey to releasing the parts of you that no longer serve you so you can show up authentically you no matter what. I accept every person exactly as they are. If you’re looking for thoughtful, compassionate therapy that combines depth with practical tools, I’d welcome a conversation to see if we’re a good fit.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy works best when it’s both humane and honest. I combine psychodynamic work, exploring unconscious patterns, relationships, and early influences, with evidence-based CBT techniques to address present-day symptoms and build concrete skills. I prioritize warmth, empathy, and a gentle, relatable humor so clients can lower their guard, name difficult feelings, and experiment with change without shame. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or transitions, I’ll partner with you to understand what’s driving your difficulties and teach strategies that help you feel more grounded and in control.

What you can expect from me

The first session helps create a foundation for a safe, nonjudgmental space where empathy and real human connection come first. I allow clients to set the tone and pace of treatment. I want sessions to feel challenging, but not unbearable.
