Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual, licensed psychologist who believes therapy should feel like a safe space where you can be understood without judgment. I work with children, adolescents, and adults and have experience supporting individuals and families navigating neurodevelopmental differences, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship or parenting challenges.

My approach is compassionate, practical, and collaborative. I take the time to understand the person behind the symptoms and work together with you to identify strategies that fit your life, strengths, and goals.

As someone who works across Spanish and English, I also understand the importance of culture and context in the therapeutic process. Whether you are looking for support during a difficult transition, trying to better understand yourself or your child, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to figure it out alone.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and individualized. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to help you better understand yourself, recognize your strengths, and develop practical strategies to navigate challenges.

I use evidence-based approaches while adapting therapy to each person’s needs, goals, developmental stage, and cultural background. My work is neurodiversity-affirming and focused on creating a space where you can feel respected, understood, and comfortable being yourself.

Together, we identify what is getting in the way and work toward meaningful, realistic changes. Depending on your needs, therapy may focus on emotional regulation, coping skills, relationships, parenting, life transitions, or understanding and navigating neurodevelopmental differences.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll take time to get to know you, understand what brings you to therapy, and talk about what you would like to get out of the process. I’ll ask questions about your current concerns, strengths, relationships, and daily life so I can better understand your individual needs.

You don’t need to have everything figured out before we meet. My goal is to create a comfortable, welcoming space where you feel heard, respected, and understood. By the end of our first session, I hope you feel that you’ve found someone you can trust, that therapy can be a good fit for you, and that you’re looking forward to continuing the work together.
