Great to meet you!

I believe therapy works best when you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, and I tailor therapy to meet your individual needs and goals. I value authenticity, cultural sensitivity, and helping clients feel empowered as they work toward healing, growth, and lasting change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and tailored to each client’s unique needs and experiences. I use an eclectic blend of evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, and interpersonal therapy to help clients better understand their emotions, patterns, and relationships. I focus on creating a supportive, culturally sensitive environment where clients can build insight, develop healthier coping skills, process difficult experiences, and move toward meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a supportive and welcoming environment where we begin building a connection and discussing what brought them to therapy. We’ll explore current challenges, personal history, and the goals they hope to achieve through counseling. I also take time to answer questions about the therapy process and ensure clients feel comfortable, heard, and understood. My goal is to help clients leave the first session feeling supported, hopeful, and clear about the next steps in their healing journey.
