Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed therapist who helps women navigate life transitions, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem challenges while integrating Christian faith and practical coping tools. My goal is to create a safe, grace-filled space where you can reconnect with peace, purpose, and confidence in who you are.

I especially enjoy supporting women who are feeling overwhelmed, adjusting to new seasons of life, or learning to prioritize their own healing. My approach is warm, supportive, and goal-oriented—helping you focus on what’s working, build emotional resilience, and move toward a life that feels more balanced and fulfilling.

Whether you're juggling motherhood, healing from past wounds, or simply feeling overwhelmed, you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to walk with you.

Let’s take that next step together.

**I do not provide treatment for active suicidal ideation or crisis-level mental health needs. If a client’s symptoms fall outside the scope of my services, I will provide appropriate referrals to ensure they receive the support they need.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and culturally responsive. I use evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Strength Based Therapy to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and patterns—while empowering them to make meaningful change.

For clients who desire it, I also integrate Christian faith into the therapeutic process. I believe healing can happen when we care for both the mind and the spirit, and I’m committed to creating a space where your beliefs and experiences are respected and honored.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where we’ll focus on getting to know you — not just your symptoms, but your story. We’ll talk about what brings you to therapy, your goals, and what you’re hoping to get out of this journey. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process. My goal is for you to feel safe, seen, and supported from day one.
