Great to meet you!

I’m Francie Blair, an LCSW who works from a trauma-informed, strengths-based lens. I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, family rupture, grief, and difficult life transitions. I center safety, connection, and empowerment, helping clients build tools to regulate their nervous system, understand their patterns, and move toward healthier relationships—with themselves and the people they care about.

My approach to therapy

I value creating a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore what’s working, what’s not, and what they want to build toward. I incorporate CBT, Internal Family Systems, and somatic strategies to help clients feel grounded and empowered. I focus on helping clients understand their nervous system, build regulation skills, and develop healthier patterns of coping and relating.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, clients can expect a calm, welcoming space focused on getting to know you—your strengths, your challenges, and what you’re hoping will feel different. We’ll talk about what’s been working, what hasn’t, and outline the early goals you’d like to move toward. I’ll ask thoughtful questions, offer initial reflections, and help you get a sense of what our work together will look like. By the end of the session, my intention is for you to leave feeling understood, supported, and clearer about their next steps.
