Great to meet you!

It takes courage to seek a new path, especially when it feels incredibly hard to simply exist in the world right now. I believe therapy should be a safe space where you feel completely held, accepted, and heard. Our sessions are an active, compassionate conversation—I don't just sit and nod. Because traditional talk therapy isn't always enough for anxiety, depression, or a nervous system shaped by trauma and neurodivergence, I offer an integrative approach that connects the mind and the body. I’m FranCina, a licensed professional therapist in NJ and PA, and a Board Certified Registered Art TherapistSM (ATR-BC®) in PA. Together, we will view you as a whole person—not a problem to be fixed—using narrative, somatic, and creative tools tailored entirely to what feels comfortable and supportive for you.

My approach to therapy

My approach stands out because I don't treat you as a diagnosis to be fixed—I partner with you to understand your story. Because we live in both the mind and the body, true healing requires addressing both. Through Narrative Therapy, we gently deconstruct old stories to rebuild your life one moment at a time. When words aren't enough, we focus on somatic experiencing, breathwork, and emotional regulation to help you find real safety in your body.

I also integrate ACT and DBT strategies to help you balance black-and-white thinking and discover greater choice. My practice offers a welcoming, accepting space that honors your unique processing style, recognizing different neuro-types like ADHD and complex life experiences. We will look at the whole picture—including how external systems and your environment impact your daily life—while balancing deep understanding with practical tools for sustainable growth

What you can expect from me

In our first session, I'll welcome you into your session space, and take some time to gather information in a conversational manner related to your experiences, and there is not need to rush. It takes time to build rapport, and we will find a momentum that works for you as we naturally learn more about one another over the first sessions.
