Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing in Colorado. Who is deeply passionate about helping people heal the relationships that matter most to them — including the relationship they have with themselves. Growing up in a multicultural family taught me firsthand how complex connection can be, and that lived experience shapes how I show up for every client I work with. I bring a culturally sensitive, non-judgmental approach to my work and genuinely believe that every person — and every relationship — is worthy of care and attention. Whether you're coming in as an individual, a couple, or a family, you'll find a warm, honest space here where your story is honored and your healing is possible.

My approach to therapy

I draw on a blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Narrative Therapy, and Sensorimotor Psychotherapy — which means we work with both your mind and your body, not just your thoughts. I'm especially interested in the deeper patterns and emotions driving the cycles in your relationships, and helping you understand where those patterns come from so you can begin to change them. My approach is collaborative and tailored to you — there's no one-size-fits-all here. I meet every client where they are and we move at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is really about getting to know each other — there's no pressure to have everything figured out or to dive into the deep end right away. I'll ask some questions about what's bringing you in, what you're hoping for, and a little about your background and relationships. More than anything I want you to leave that first session feeling heard, comfortable, and like this might be a safe place for you. First sessions can feel vulnerable, and I take that seriously — my job is to make it as easy as possible for you to show up exactly as you are.
