I am a Licensed Clinical Social with over 25 years of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of mental health disorders. I work will all adults of all genders and orientations. I am open and affirming. I work with people who are struggling with short term concerns and long term issues. I treat Depression, Anxiety, Grief and Loss, Chronic Illness, Caregiver support, Life limiting Disease, Fertility Issues, Fetal/Infant loss, Relationship issues, Pre and post Bariatric Patients, Self-esteem, Coping skills, Stress Management, College related issues with attention, focus and future concerns. I utilize Short-term, solution focused cognitive behavior therapy.

Many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety and feel overwhelmed about the future. Person-centered, unconditional acceptance with clear goals for therapy. I work best with highly motivated clients who are are ready for honest and clear feedback, are ready to explore options and flexible ways of thinking about their concerns.

It can be hard to ask for help, but you can do hard things.
