Welcome! It takes great courage to connect with a new therapist. I welcome you to this experience. As a psychologist and a registered nurse (ret) I have helped with many forms of difficulty. In practice for over 3 decades, I have learned what works and what doesn't. I match your style and strengths with the change you desire. I have been fortunate to study with educational leaders. My experiences in medical, psychiatric and emergency settings taught me a wide range of interventions that can be helpful.

I do not treat Parkinson's Disease. It is medical condition that should be treated by a medical doctor and a physical therapist. I do not treat eating disorders unless they are in remission. I refer post partum psychosis to a specialty center as it is beyond the scope of my practice.

I integrate science, holistic methods, alternative approaches and humanistic problem solving. Therapy is a connection that allows you to move forward and author your next chapter. We find relief, peace and increased satisfaction. We master challenges.

I offer general psychotherapy services and focus on medical and first responder clients. I enjoy most assisting people with life transition and developmental challenges. Many clients struggle with self esteem, relationships, anxiety or depressed moods. I welcome clients with trauma related issues and addictions. If you wish, you identify goals. If not I am able to offer a menu of opportunities for you to choose from and we evaluate results based on your experience. Welcome to a wonderful journey.
