Great to meet you!

The world is spinning faster by the minute, and the expectations placed upon us by work, relationships, and family can feel exasperating. We demand a lot of ourselves, and sometimes we feel that we’re not living up to our own standards, or that we’re not where we should be in our lives, that success and happiness are eluding us despite our best efforts. Therapy can help you get back on track.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I draw from my extensive clinical experience with people dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, and addiction (among other issues), as well as my varied life experiences as a family business owner, railroader, musician, husband, and parent, to help people meet challenges, overcome obstacles, and maximize their potential and happiness.

What you can expect from our first session

I know how difficult it can be to take that first step - it's not always easy to discuss our troubles. Rest assured that mine is a judgement-free space, and I'm here to help. I'm friendly, down-to-earth, practical, and a good listener, and we'll work at a pace and depth that's comfortable for you. Life requires help at times - you deserve it!
