The world is spinning faster by the minute, and the expectations placed upon us by work, relationships, and family can feel exasperating. We demand a lot of ourselves, and sometimes we feel that we’re not living up to our own standards, or that we’re not where we should be in our lives, that success and happiness are eluding us despite our best efforts. I draw from my extensive clinical experience with people dealing with anxiety, depression, OCD, and addiction (among other issues), as well as my varied life experiences as a family business owner, railroader, musician, husband, and parent, to help people meet challenges, overcome obstacles, and maximize their potential and happiness.
