Great to meet you!

I’m Francis Clark, a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor with over 20 years of experience helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from William Carey University in 2003, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients dealing with depression, anxiety, PTSD, behavioral concerns, dual diagnoses, and relationship challenges.

My approach to therapy

My counseling style is warm, supportive, and accepting. I believe therapy works best when it meets you exactly where you are. Together, we will identify your goals and create a path forward that feels practical and achievable. My preferred approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy because they are active, collaborative, and designed to help you move toward meaningful change.

I specialize in helping people close the gap between where they are today and where they want to be tomorrow. Therapy with me focuses on building communication skills, trust, and lasting change that allows you to move forward instead of feeling stuck.

What you can expect from me

In our sessions, we’ll work hand-in-hand to design a recovery plan that’s unique to your needs. Whether you’re struggling with your mood, managing stress, or working through past trauma, my goal is to empower you with tools and strategies that help you build a healthier and more fulfilling life.
