Francis Daniels

Hi and thank you for visiting my page! It takes courage to seek a happier, more fulfilling life and to take the first steps towards change.

My name is Francis Daniels. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas. I am a single mom to my 18 year old daughter Bailey. We are involved in our church and Walk to Emmaus ministries. I am a bariatric surgery patient. I have lost and kept off 145 lbs. I love working with individuals going through the weight loss surgery process.

I provide a holistic approach to counseling by addressing your physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual needs. I approach therapy in a very integrative, client-centered manner to ensure the highest quality care is provided. I use a variety of therapeutic techniques to include cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, psychoeducational, mindfulness, and more. I promote growth by offering a safe, accepting atmosphere so that you feel heard, validated, and empowered.

After a session with me, clients can expect to have set some goals to work towards. I believe in acknowledging the past and finding ways to move forward in their life. I wan't to help others believe that change is possible for them.
