Great to meet you!

I’m a licensed psychologist in New Jersey and Pennsylvania with decades of experience supporting people across private practice, schools, community settings, and correctional systems. My background includes trauma-focused work, school-based services, psychological evaluations, and counseling for children, adolescents, adults, and older adults. I’ve also spent many years in educational leadership, helping families and students navigate IEPs, 504 plans, transitions, and complex support systems, which gives me a strong understanding of how emotional challenges show up at home, in school, and in daily life. If you’re looking for a therapist who is steady, experienced, and practical, I aim to create a space where you feel understood and supported from the start.

My approach to therapy

My approach is thoughtful, collaborative, and grounded in what will be most helpful for you. I provide trauma-based assessment and treatment and often work from a cognitive and behavioral perspective to help clients understand the connection between their experiences, emotions, thoughts, and behaviors. I draw on a broad clinical background that includes individual and group counseling, crisis management, consultation, and psychological evaluation. Because I’ve worked in schools, healthcare-adjacent settings, long-term care, and with military-connected populations, I also pay close attention to the systems and relationships affecting a person’s wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect sessions that are grounded, respectful, and focused on meaningful progress. Together, we’ll work to better understand what’s driving the challenges you’re facing and build practical strategies that fit your life. My goal is for you to leave therapy with greater clarity, stronger coping tools, and a clearer path forward—whether you’re working through trauma, stress, school or family concerns, behavioral challenges, or a major life transition. I want clients to feel not only heard, but more confident in their ability to manage difficulties and move toward lasting change.
