Great to meet you!

I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who believes mental healthcare should feel comfortable, supportive, and judgment-free. I work with adults experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, and substance use concerns. I understand that reaching out for help isn’t always easy, and I strive to make every patient feel heard, respected, and understood. My goal is to help you feel better, regain confidence, and take meaningful steps toward a healthier life.

My approach to therapy

I believe mental healthcare should be a partnership, not a one-sided conversation. I take the time to listen, understand your concerns, and develop a treatment plan that fits your individual needs. My approach combines evidence-based medication management, education, and supportive care. I want you to feel comfortable asking questions and actively participating in decisions about your treatment.

What you can expect from me

Our first appointment is all about getting to know you! We’ll talk about what brings you in, your symptoms, previous experiences with treatment, and what you’d like to accomplish. I’ll ask questions to better understand your mental health while making sure you feel comfortable throughout our conversation. Together, we’ll discuss treatment options and create a plan that feels right for you.
