Great to meet you!

Welcome—I'm glad you are here!

Whether you're a parent concerned about your child, a teenager feeling completely misunderstood, or an adult holding onto years of pain, I am here to partner with you on your path forward. I bring 23 years of experience as a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist specializing in anxiety, trauma, grief, and anger management across all ages. My approach is warm, practical, and grounded in emotional regulation and coping skills that help you manage big emotions and reframe unhelpful thoughts. We’ll take things one step at a time, in whichever language feels most like home.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, practical, and solution focused. We will sit and talk about what feels heavy—we’ll focus on building actionable skills so you can feel better day to day. Together, we will work to:

  • Break free from negative thinking so you feel more grounded and clear.
  • Manage overwhelming emotions with practical strategies for stress and distress.
  • Heal past experiences that are still weighing on your present life.

We will always move at a pace that feels comfortable and tailored entirely to you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session will be a low-pressure conversation to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what you want help with and how I can help. I’ll ask a few gentle questions to understand your situation, but you are always in control of what you share and when. You don't need to have all the answers or share your whole story on day one. By the end of our session, we’ll start forming a gentle, preliminary plan so you leave knowing what to expect next.
