My name is Francisca Onyemize. A dedicated board-certified Psychiatric Mental Nurse Practitioner who is passionate and dedicated to providing excellent care to her clients across the life span and regardless of race, and sexual orientation. I am experienced in outpatient settings including Diagnosing and treating a variety of psychiatric disorders and addictions with evidence-based clinical care practices while providing patient education, advocacy, and effective patient-centered care.

My approach to therapy

I believe that stable mental health is achieved when a holistic approach is adopted. I go beyond just writing prescriptions, I also incorporate talk therapy into treating sessions when seeing my clients.

Because my approach is patient-centric. I make sure I create an environment where the clients can express themselves and also understand how the treatment initiatives, as well as therapy, are going to help them feel better if they are patient.
