My therapeutic method is eclectic, specifically systemic and cognitive-behavioral. After more than thirty years of clinical practice I’ve my own technique called Integrative Facilitation; that includes the person and if necessary, part of the family. The treatment is of short duration, between 4 and 8 sessions (brief therapy). Between sessions, worksheets and specific tasks are sent.
Clients can expect unconditional acceptance, support, and empathy and above all not judge them for their actions. Clients should expect open, understanding communication. Clients will learn from themselves. Therapist will teaching tools and skills to cope with present and future conflicts.
