Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate, client-centered mental health professional with three years of experience providing inpatient behavioral health services to people facing acute and complex mental health concerns. I have supported clients experiencing anxiety, depression, major depressive disorder, trauma-related concerns, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, suicidal ideation, and emotional or behavioral challenges. My goal is to help each client feel respected, supported, and understood.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered. I recognize that every person’s experiences, strengths, challenges, and goals are unique, so I tailor our work to your needs and priorities. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can speak openly, feel heard, and explore meaningful steps toward improved well-being at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first therapy session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a comfortable, supportive therapeutic relationship. We can discuss what brings you to therapy, your concerns, and what you hope to gain from our work together. I understand that starting therapy may feel unfamiliar or overwhelming, so I will make the process welcoming, respectful, and judgment-free.
