Great to meet you!

I’ve had the privilege of working in the mental health field since 2014. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I specialize in obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), anxiety, depression, panic disorder, and hair pulling/skin picking behaviors. Working with adults and their families, I’ve developed a deep understanding of how these conditions operate and how they can negatively impact one’s life.

My approach to therapy

We will begin treatment by gaining an understanding of your concerns and using evidence based treatments as our guide. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive therapeutic space. We will work as a team with the end goal of minimizing your distress and promote a healthier and more fulfilling life.

What you can expect from me

I will begin this therapeutic experience by first listening to your concerns and identify what you hope to achieve in therapy. I enjoy including humor and creativity in sessions when possible. I truly admire the power of human resilience and want to be part of your healing process and support you through those tough times.
