I am an immigrant who is familiar with the barriers a person faces in the process of acculturation y puedo comunicarme con usted en espanol. I work with juveniles and adults dealing with trauma, depression, anxiety, emotional regulation, and conduct problems to include sexually problematic behaviors. Furthermore, I worked in a behavioral hospital setting with active duty and military veterans, dealing with PTSD, depression, anxiety and addictions. I am certified in EMDR y estoy a su servicio.

I strongly believe in human potential, resiliency and personal growth. Throughout the years I have developed professionally with the purpose of assisting people healing from their emotional wounds, rediscover their true self and live the life their deserve. I utilize different modalities such as CBT, Eclectic, EMDR, Humanistic, Person-Centered, Positive Psychology, Reality Therapy, and Trauma Focused.
