Great to meet you!

I have a Master's degree in Social Work. I have been in the mental health field for 25 yrs. I enjoy being a catalyst for change.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My hope is that you will leave each session feeling understood, valued and motivated. Homework happens here. I impart my wisdom, strategies and observations. Your insight and perspectives drive each session. What you get out of each session should feel like I helped you articulate your inner thoughts and feelings. Peace and relief are words that have been used to describe the feeling clients leave with at the end of a session.

What you can expect from our first session

I help those you have not been successful with therapy in the past. Law enforcement, the broken hearted, those who have experienced trauma, those who self-medicate their trauma, couples who are ready to split and those who are desperately hanging on. You want to be happy. You want to be at peace. And you want a way to get there that makes sense for you. Remember, the truth will set you free. As long as you are honest you can be free of your indecision and pain.
