What you can expect from me

During the first session, clients can expect a welcoming and collaborative conversation focused on understanding their needs, concerns, and goals for therapy. The first session will be catered towards learning about what brought the client to therapy, exploring current challenges, and gathering relevant background information to form a holistic picture of their experiences.

This session is also an opportunity for clients to ask questions, discuss expectations, and learn more about the therapeutic approach. She will work with each client to begin identifying priorities for treatment and establishing a sense of comfort and trust. By the end of the first session, clients can expect to feel heard, supported, and better oriented to the process of working together toward meaningful change.
